I love how they send a photograph of the creation they are delivering for you. Beautiful arrangements and I appreciate the reasonable prices. My sister and I wanted to send flowers to our mom who lives in Hays. Ordering online was quick and easy, other than trying to decide on one of the lovely designs. I appreciated the "bloomsnap" of the actual arrangement (which was beautiful and just like the picture on the website!) as well as the delivery confirmation via email. Excellent experience! I live in Colorado and wanted to send flowers to my friend in Hays, KS. The online ordering process was simple. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner. My friend sent me a photo thanking me for the lovely arrangement. Then later I noticed I had an email verifying it was delivered along with time and photo of the finished arrangement. I have never had a flower shop send a photo of the completed arrangement. I really appreciated that. It’s the little things.
